2021 REVISIONS
Maneuvering the Middle® has been creating math resources since 2013!
We introduced our first curriculum in 2015 and a lot has changed since then. We have grown in size and improved our ability to plan and break down the standards. Thousands of teachers have used the resources with their students and we have received countless amounts of feedback...which is important to us.
One of our most cherished values is creating teacher-trusted resources that help make math attainable for kids!
This is why we spent the first half 2021 working to improve these resources so that they are the highest quality for you and your students.
We are excited to share them with you!

WHO WILL RECEIVE THE REVISED FILES?
Teachers who have purchased the grade level curriculum and/or units will receive the revised files. The last day to download any current version of the file is Friday, June 25th.
We ask that you wait to view the new files until July 5th, as there are many files to update and we want to be able to confirm there were no mistakes in the process.
WHAT HAS CHANGED IN THE FILES?
We are glad you asked! Each and every page got some love from our curriculum and editing team. You will see many small changes, but we wanted to highlight the overarching changes below.
STUDENT HANDOUTS
Grammatical Edit:
The student handouts were professionally edited for grammar
Mathematical Edit:
The student handouts were professionally edited for mathematical accuracy
Mathematically Accurate Images:
New images and figures were included to reflect accurate geometric markings
Clear and Easier to Read Graphs:
New graphs were included for clarity and ease of use
Higher Level Questions:
Additional higher level thinking questions and error analysis questions were added
Formatting Adjustments:
General formatting tweaks to make the resources clear and easy to read
PLANNING MATERIALS
Homework:
Additional practice was created for any student handout that did not have a corresponding practice page.
Pacing Calendars:
Pacing calendars were updated to incorporate corresponding unit activities (displaying those with digitized versions) and any changes in the student handouts.
UNIT ASSESSMENTS
Google Forms:
Any changes to the unit assessments were updated in the Google Forms
Editable Tests in PPT:
Any changes to the unit assessments were updated in the Editable Unit Tests
How will the revised files be accessed?
MTM Shop: Curriculum
The revised files will be available for download on your My Products page. Simply log in after July 5th to see the changes.
If there are any current files that you wish to keep, please download that file before Friday, June 25th. The existing version will no longer be available once the revised version is posted.

Important: After July 5th, you will no longer see the curriculum for purchase in our TpT shop. You will NOT lose access to any purchases. You will ALWAYS have access to the files in your My Purchases section of your TpT account. If you would like an account created on our MTM site, you are welcome to fill out this form and submit a proof of purchase. We will then create an account for you. This allows us to more quickly get you the resources and keep things up to date.

Nothing changes for you! You will continue to retain access in your TpT account. We will not be moving customers of individual units over to our MTM site at this time.
